Privacy Policy

1.1 The collection of personal information for the purpose of remote selling is mandatory, as this information is essential for processing and delivering orders. Failure to provide information results in the non-validation of the order or the creation of an account on Contracts Mastermind.

1.2 ADVINCI, as the data controller for Contracts Mastermind, complies with the Belgian law of December 8, 1992, concerning the processing of personal data, revised by the law of December 11, 1998, which takes into account the European directives of October 24, 1995.

This law stipulates that the company collecting personal data must have the consent of the concerned individual, that the data must be accurate, and that it must be collected for a specific, clear, and lawful purpose. Everyone must have access to their personal data and the right to modify it. In accordance with the law, the processing of personal information related to clients has been declared to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy. Clients have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete their data, which they can exercise with ADVINCI on behalf of Contract Masterminds.

1.3 Your personal data may be disclosed, as part of our legitimate interest, to independent data controllers to help them provide high-quality data services to their clients. These third parties use this data exclusively to complement their own databases, to confirm or validate their data or that provided by their clients, and/or improve the quality of these through formatting, normalization, correction, completion, updating (for example, providing a new address after moving), and/or internal linking (matching) of said data, solely for the purpose of:

Complying with (or assisting their clients to comply with) Article 5.1d) of the GDPR, which requires that personal data be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; and/or

Assisting their clients in performing, on their behalf or that of their clients, identity verification of individuals, for example, for purposes of anti-money laundering, responding to national/public security imperatives, prevention and detection of crime, combating fraud, debt/asset recovery, asset reunification, and/or conducting pre-employment screening.

1.6 Any inclusion of a user’s data into the Contracts Mastermind service is based on their consent. This consent is obtained through the registration form on the Contracts Mastermind site or through partner sites of the Contracts Mastermind service.

1.7 ADVINCI, on behalf of Contracts Mastermind, protects the personal data and privacy of its members in accordance with European directives and the strictest applicable Belgian law of December 8, 1992, on the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data.

1.8 ADVINCI and Contracts Mastermind commit to maintaining confidentiality and not disclosing personal data provided by the Member to third parties, except as provided in this charter.

1.9 ADVINCI, on behalf of Contracts Mastermind, also commits to making its best efforts to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data in accordance with this Charter.
